Oversized as a Cut, Not a Size

The oversizing here is built into the pattern, not achieved by selling you a larger size. The shoulder seam is meant to fall partway down the arm and the body is meant to be wide, which means taking your normal size gives the intended proportion. Sizing up on top of a cut that is already oversized usually just makes the sleeves too long.
